Passenger/cargo vessel

Scale: Unknown. A waterline model of a passenger/cargo vessel. The hull is painted black with brick red at the waterline, a fine white stripe above running the entire length of the hull, and white bulwarks. The decks are painted a uniform cream with mid-grey cargo hatch covers. The long, flush foredeck has three hatches inline of varying sizes, the middle one the largest. Between the first and middle hatches is a derrick mast, and between the middle and third hatches is a pair of derricks. The superstructure is placed amidships and has a raised boat deck forward, with a pair of boats stowed and a derrick mast between them. There is a wide bridge on two decks with a pilot house atop. Aft of the bridge are eight boats stowed in two rows, on port and starboard sides, on the promenade deck. Between them is a single funnel, painted red, with a black top and two fine horizontal black stripes in the colours of the Cunard Line. To the rear of the promenade deck is a small hatch with a derrick mast forward and a raised boat deck with two boats stowed aft. The aft cargo deck has two small hatches with a raised boat deck with four boats between them. There is a derrick mast set between the boats. A raised poop deck at the stern also has four boats stowed. All the boats are painted white and are stowed on davits. On base of model "35".
