Passenger/cargo vessel

Scale: Unknown. A waterline model of a passenger / cargo vessel. The hull is painted black with pink boot topping along the waterline. The upperworks and accommodation superstructure are painted a creamy white with all the decks finished in a natural wood. The split-level forward deck is fitted with a large single mast rigged with two pairs of derricks, a pair of cargo cranes, all of which serve four grey covered cargo hatches. Either side of the mast is a pair of lifeboats rigged in davits. The central upper bridge and accommodation superstructure is fitted with seven pairs of lifeboats rigged to davits either side of two tall oval-shaped funnels, painted yellow with blue and whites stripes towards the black tops. There are four pairs of large engine room ventilator cowlings around the bases of the funnels as well as another three pairs surrounding a large skylight, all of which are painted yellow with a light blue interior. At the stern, there is a single mast rigged with two pairs of derricks, a pair of smaller cargo cranes, all of which serve two grey covered cargo hatches. Below the raised poop deck are two pairs of lifeboats rigged in davits, either side of an accommodation block. The number "37" is written on the underside of the hull.
