Exergue: "1882". Bar: "ALEXANDRIA 11TH JULY". Inscription on edge: "LIEUT. C.J.BARLOW, R.N. H.M.S."INFLEXIBLE"". Suspended from a clasp and blue ribbon with two white stripes. Mounted on a bar with four others.
