India General Service Medal 1854-95
Awarded To Adm C J Barlow DSO. Obverse: Head of Queen Victoria with a diadem, hair tied in a knot (L). Legend: "VICTORIA REGINA". Reverse: Winged Victory standing (L) crowning with a wreath a seated warrior (R). Suspended from a cusped bar and ribbon of three scarlet and two blue stripes. Bar: "BURMA 1885-7". Inscr. on edge "COMMANDER C.J.BARLOW, H.M.S.BACCHANTE". Mounted on a bar with four others.
