Broad pennant, Vice Commodore, Cambridge University Cruising Club

Vice Commodore's Broad Pennant, Cambridge University Cruising Club established in 1893. Machine-sewn and painted in oils with a wire stiffener sewn in the hoist. A red field with an ermine cross, a gold line, passant guardant in the canton with a gold ball denoting the rank of Vice Commodore. The arms are based on those of the University.
