Bronze Star Medal

Bronze Star Medal awarded to Commander Warren Fred Postel, USN.

The medal is in the form of a five-pointed star with a smaller star in the centre. Inscribed on the reverse is ‘HEROIC OR MERITORIOUS ACHIEVEMENT’. The ribbon is red, edged with white, with a narrow blue stripe edged with white in the centre. The medal is in the fitted case of issue with one miniature enamelled ribbon bar.
