Depicting Neptune in a car with a female figure holding an oar bearing a cap of liberty and a portrait, the lion of the Netherlands on a shield below. Behind the English and Dutch fleets, the names on the sterns of the last ships 'PR. AMELIA' and 'ADM.PIET HEIN'. Sea nymphs in the foreground holding oval portraits of Admirals 'STARINGH', 'VANBRAAM', 'ZOUTMAN', 'DE DEL', 'BENTINCK', 'BRAAK', 'VAN KINSEER'. A triton blows a trumpet with the Dutch flag attached.
