Awarded to Admiral Sir Frederick George Denham Bedford. Oval with ornamental rim. Obverse: Busts of King Edward VII and Queen Alexandra, crowned (left). Reverse: Royal Cypher surmounted by a crown. 'E R VII', '26 JUN 1902'. Suspended by a crown and ring for suspension from a dark blue ribbon with a scarlet central stripe and narrow white edges. Mounted on a bar for wearing with seven other medals.
