First Class Music Room on the 'Niagara' (1913)

Interior of the passenger liner 'Niagara' (1913) showing the First Class Music Room, on the Promenade Deck, a view looking across to starboard. A grand piano is visible under the glass dome on the right side of the image.

The urn on the mantlepiece, and bands and elongated acanthus around the glass dome are characteristic of the type of decoration used by Robert Adam.

This is a copy negative made by Bedford Lemere & Co in July 1916; the original photographer is unknown.
