Legend: 'CARL XV JOHAN SVERIGES OCH NORIGES KONUNG'. Below: 'LUNDGREN F.' Reverse: Within a laurel wreath the inscription: 'FOR BEROMLIGA GERNINGAR' (for praiseworthy deeds). Bound in a volume of letters of commendation.
