Boat sheet hook
A relic of Sir John Franklin's last expedition 1845-48. A boat sheet hook found in an Eskimo cache on Montreal Island on 2 August 1855 by the Anderson search Expedition. It is an iron fitting with a ring a one end and a double hook at the other.
