In the centre of the green is a narrow stripe of blue, white, red (USA); to the left, between green and brown, a stripe of green, white, red (Italy) and to the right, a stripe of white, black, white (Germany). The ribbon bears four bronze battle stars. Mounted on a bar with twenty others.
