Croix de Guerre 1939
Awarded to Adm-Fleet Lord Cunningham of Hyndhope. A Maltese Cross, crossed swords in the spaces between the arms of the cross, head of Marianne in the central boss. Reverse: inscription on central boss '1939'. Fitted with a ring and red ribbon with four white stripes bearing a bronze palm. Mounted on a bar with twenty others.
