Fabric fragments
A relic of Sir John Franklin's last expedition 1845-48. Four fragments of blue wool fabric found by the Burwash Expedition 1925-26. They appear to have come from a uniform coat. The item is marked 'H'. It was presented to the Royal Naval Museum, Greenwich in 1927 by the Canadian Government. They came from the Starvation Cove site on the Adelaide Peninsula.
