A lugger with passengers beaching at Eastbourne, Sussex
Looking east from the beach below Grand Parade towards Eastbourne pier in the background. A two-masted lugger crowded with passengers is beaching, watched by a few families from the shore. They are partially obscuring the wooden plankway that allows passengers to get on/off the lugger once it is aground. Francis Frith & Co negative no. 62958.
