Palace of Placentia and site of Queen's House, Greenwich, 16th century

Signed and dated by the artist. This item and PAD2546-50 are pieces of NMM-commissioned artwork, done for inclusion (in photographic form) in QH basement interpretational panels on the development of the House in its surrounding context. This was part of the 'furnished' re-presentation of the House, as reopened in 1990 after the major late-1980s renovation programme, and was discontinued in preparation for the 'Story of Time' exhibition in 1999.
