Prize medal, international exhibition, Vienna, 1873. Obverse: The head of Franz Joseph I (1813-1916) emperor of Austria and king of Hungary, laureate, (right). Legend: 'FRANZ JOSEPH I. KAISER VON OESTERREICH. KOENIG VON BOENMEN ETC. APOST. KOENIG VON UNGARN.' Reverse: A classically dressed female figure holding a cornucopia (right) handing a wreath to a seated figure with a distaff, a smith with a hammer and an anvil between them, holding another wreath in his right hand. Legend: 'WELTAUGSSTELLUNG 1873 WIEN'. Exergue: 'DEM VERDIENSTE.'
