Illustration of the HMS 'Briton' under the command of Captin Rodney Lloyd, capturing slave dhows in the Mozambique channel. Part of the Michael Graham-Stewart slavery collection. From May 1884 to July 1887 the 'Briton' was responsible for apprehending ten dhows.
