Martini-Enfield Mark II
Artillery carbine, virtually fully stocked to muzzle. The stock is secured to the barrel by two steel bands. Martini action. The barrel is steel with leaf rearsight and blade foresight. The calibre is 0.303in. It is inscribed with the Mark II government disposal marks, which takes the form of two arrows. This is a conversion from a rifle to a drill purpose cadet carbine (Mark II Artillery carbine). There is no indication it is a naval weapon.
