Signal line box
Varnished wooden box, with lid attached by brass hingles and closed by a hook. A webbing strap is attached to the sides. There is a plastic notice on the front which reads 'CODE OF SIGNALING BY MEANS OF LIFE LINE 1 TUG - MORE AIR 2 TUGS - LESS AIR 3 TUGS - SLACK AWAY 4 OR MORE TUGS - RETURNING'.
