Electrical connection (plug and socket). Black lacquered metal. Connections with brass screws for two wires. Two pin plug in centre with cover on a short length of chain. Widest end has three screw holes and rubber washer for attachment to something else. Possibly for use with an underwater telephone. Part of W1987-39 diving equipment collection.
