Black and white chart covering the area of Banks Strait; Melvile Strait; Barrow Strait; Lancaster Sound and Baffin Bay in the Arctic Sea, including Melville, Bathurst and Cornwallis Islands, North Devon, Cockburn Island, North Somerset and Prince of Wales Land. Discoveries up to 1851. Tracks of Hoppner marked. Bottom left hand side of chart torn. Entire right hand side of chart brittle, torn and in some places missing.
