The DISCOVERIES OF THE EXPEDITIONS under the command of Captain Franklin R.N. near the mouth of the Mackenzie River And on the Sea Coast East and West a.D. 1825-1826. Those to the westward of Point Seperation having been made under the direction of Captn. Franklin; and those to the eastward, as far as Coppermine River and round Great Bear Lake, by the detachment under the direction of DOCTOR RICHARDSON, Lieut. (Now Commander) G. Back R.N. carried on the survey to the westward of Point Seperation

Black and white printed chart, showing the discoveries of Franklin's Expedition of 1825-1826, including Great Bear Lake, Great Bear River and the coast line around Mackenzie Bay and Arctic Sea. Numerous observations stated, and locations where observations for Latitude were taken are also marked. Chart printed on two seperate sheets, joined together and linen backed. Water and mould damage along bottom of chart. Left and right hand sides of chart peeling away from linen backing.
