Equipment model; Lobster pot
Scale: Unknown. A professionally made model of a hooped-cane lobster pot originally with two natural stone pebbles, one now missing, lashed in as weights. The rectangular wooden base bears an artfully falsified 'LONDON' inscription to suggest that its is made of pieces of old packing crate, represented in miniature. The cane hoops, which are held by metal pins, are covered with a cord netting.
