Walking stick
A walking stick made from a shark's vertebrae threaded on a metal rod. It has a bone handle. The name of the owner is engraved on a silver-coloured metal band below the handle 'Frederick Wiegman 1865'. This type of sailor's craftwork is known as scrimshaw.
