Badge: A silver seven-pointed star enamelled green with a gold ball on each point. Between each of the arms are three silver radiations. In the centre on a ground of crimson enamel is a Turkish inscription and a gold crescent, this device is surrounded by a green enamel ribbon. A gold star and crescent are provided for suspension. It is worn suspended from a sash of green ribbon with red stripes near the edges.
