War club
A gunstock-type club (gata) from Fiji. The grip is carved with zig-zag patterns (tava tava) and it has a star-shaped, whale's tooth inlay on top of the handle. This is indicative of Tongan influence on the design. A war club which seems to have been used to kill an enemy, as it has a nick on the side and has been decorated.
