Chest of drawers

Chest of drawers belonging to Chief Petty Officer William George Solkhon (1872-1919). A brown-painted chest, mounted on legs with casters, comprising two smal drawres and one lower wide drawer, fitted with locks. A brass plate between the upper and lower drawers is inscribed: W. Solkhon E.R.A.' There are flush-fitting brass handles on all the drawers, painted over with brown paint.
