Armchair
Nelson's cabin armchair. Mahogany armchair, upholstered in black leather with separate cushions, and finished with lines of brass studs to front rail. It was part of Nelson's cabin furniture from HMS 'Victory'. The third Earl Nelson claimed that it was Nelson's personal chair and the last chair he sat on before Trafalgar. Originally there was a black silk-covered pad on the right arm of the chair on which Nelson could rest the stump of his arm.
