The house flag of Sir R. Ropner & Co (Management) Ltd, Darlington. A rectangular flag quartered into red and white with a black and gold shield of arms in the centre. The flag is made of a wool and synthetic fibre bunting. It has a cotton hoist and is machine sewn. The shield is printed onto cotton. A rope and toggle is attached.
