The Grand Fleet in Scapa Flow
A view of some of the battleships of the Grand Fleet in Scapa Flow. From left to right, the warships present are a member of the Iron Duke class, HMS Canada (1913) with a collier alongside, all three members of the Bellerophon class, and HMS Dreadnought (1905) with a collier alongside. This date of this image is not certain, but it cannot have been taken later than May 1916, as HMS Dreadnought was assigned to the 3rd Battle Squadron at Sheerness in that month and never rejoined the Grand Fleet for the duration of the War.
