Gunnery practice
A view from the foretop of HMS Queen Elizabeth (1913), looking over the starboard side of the forecastle deck. 'A' and 'B' turrets are trained off the starboard bow for firing practice. Smoke can be seen from the discharge of the right-hand 15-inch gun of 'B' turret, which has just recoiled after firing. The barrel of a 6-inch casemate-mounted gun can be seen at the bottom of the picture.
