The ship's ledger and cash account packed in a large marked tin for transport ashore in the charge of Midshipman Walter St J Cobley. Bouyancy aids have been tied to the tin as a precautionary measure. The photograph was taken on the port side of the upper deck just forward of 'X' turret.
