The 5th Battle Squadron at sea
A view of the ships of the 5th Battle Squadron conducting gunnery exercises at sea. To the left is the Queen Elizabeth class battleship HMS Warspite (1913), with her sister HMS Barham (1914) in the centre. The latter's 15-inch guns are trained on the starboard bow and she is leading the Squadron in a turn in line ahead formation.
