HMS Queen Elizabeth (1913)
A view of the forecastle of HMS Queen Elizabeth (1913), taken from the foretop while the ship was steaming at 21 knots. The top of 'A' turret is partly visible although obscured by the guns of 'B' turret and the lip of the foretop. The forecastle deck fittings can be seen from roughly abreast 'A' turret up to the bow. A stream of water resulting from wave action can be seen on the deck near the depression rails.
