HMS Queen Elizabeth (1913)

A cinematographer at work aboard HMS Queen Elizabeth (1913) Cromarty, with some of that ship's junior officers in attendance. The photograph was taken at the after end of the shelter deck on the port side, roughly abeam 'X' turret barbette.

The men in view are (from left to right and excluding the unidentified seaman in the foreground) Engineer Lieutenant Commander George H. Starr (in overalls), Lieutenant Hugh B. Deedes and Lieutenant Harold R G Kinahan. The civilian cinematographer has not been identified.
