The men in view are (from left to right and excluding the unidentified seaman in the foreground) Engineer Lieutenant Commander George H. Starr (in overalls), Lieutenant Hugh B. Deedes and Lieutenant Harold R G Kinahan. The civilian cinematographer has not been identified.
