A brass desk seal with a varnished light wood handle of the P & O ship SS 'Ranchi'. The seal shows the P & O rising sun crest and the inscription: 'PENINSULAR AND ORIENTAL STEAM NAVN COMPY', ' S.S. RANCHI'.
