Wedding Ring
Plain gold wedding ring which belonged to Horatia Nelson-Ward (1801-1881), Vice-Admiral Horatio Nelson's (1758-1805) daughter. The ring is made of a narrow strip of gold bent around to form a roughly circular form. The ends are not soldered. Near one end are some stamps inside the band, possibly an inscription or hallmarks.
