Brooch
Silver, gold faced, sweetheart brooch, decorated around the edge with a foliate motif. The brooch comes complete with a pin attachment. The front of the brooch is decorated with an anchor and is inscribed in relief with the name 'HAWKE R.N.D', which stands for Hawke Battalion, Royal Naval Division. This type of brooch was made as gifts for naval wives and sweethearts.
