Badge

Silver 'Masonic' badge made in the form of an oval eleven-pointed star, the centre of the badge is decorated with a glazed miniature, painted on ivory. The miniature is decorated with a depiction of a monument, which is flanked by Britannia and a seaman. The monument bears the inscription 'TO . THE. MEMORY. OF . NELSON. OCT . 21 . 1805' above which is a depiction of two cherubs' heads along with two clasped hands. The monument is depicted in relief and is decorated with gold wire and seed pearls. The edge of the miniature is inscribed with the words 'LOYAL .TRAFALGAR . LODGE . OF . ODD . FELLOWS . LD . NELSON . DAWLEY GREEN . SHROPSHIRE'.
