Cupboard contains one hundred and nine folders and books:

- five Dumbarton Model History books in bound volumes.
- fourteen workborks of J.M. Ferguson.
- two folders of Powering Estimates and one folder of Type and Fullness Lists.
- one folder of standardised records.
- twenty-eight workbooks for various individuals (including Ms. V. Small and the other ladies).
- twenty files for the Clydebank Model Data Sheets.
- one sinkage and trim folder.
- fifteen folders for the St Albans modifications 1907-1943, one folder for Clydebank mechanical gears and one folder for New Clydebank carriage.
- eighteen folders of Clydebank model sheets (these are tracings/acetate copies of the Model Data Sheets).
- one folder of trim diagrams.
- one model catalogue index folder for numbers 250 - 649 (indexes for 1-249 and 650-953 are in box CLYB0038).
