Gun-sighting telescope
This gun-sighting telescope is contained in a wooden box, the label of which states that it is for the ‘AFTER GUN RIGHT SIDE’. It is made of brass and has a focusing ring at the eyepiece end. The objective lens also has a screw-in cover with a small aperture. Crosshairs within the telescope allow for accurate sighting.
