Ten fragments which came with the models and two paint brushes (ZBA4208 and 4213) in the Bagshawe Collection (acq. 9.04) of material from the studio of Clarkson Stanfield RA. Whether they include significant parts of any other items is uncertain but probably not the case, and they may in fact be later intrusions from his son George (d.1878) or grandson Joseph Bagshawe RBA (d.1909) who were both also painters.[PvdM 5.06]
