Rifle pull-through
Rifle pull through. Hollow brass tube/weight with a length of line attached. The line has an eye-splice at the opposite end to the tube/weight and a cut splice five inches from the eye splice.
Used for cleaning and oiling the bores of rifle barrels (in conjunction with a 4" x 2" piece of flannel inserted through the cut splice) the weight is dropped through the bore (breech to muzzle) and the line with flannel is pulled through.
