A fragment of German torpedo warhead that struck the battleship HMS Marlborough (1912) during the battle of Jutland
A small piece of the warhead from the German torpedo which struck the battleship HMS 'Marlborough' at the Battle of Jutland. Marlborough was torpedoed at 1855, probably fired from the crippled German cruiser Wiesbaden, which resulted in her having to reduce speed to 17 knots because of the damage.
