Stalking sledge model
Used on Nares' Arctic expedition 1875. Sledge for stalking seals. A small wooden sledge with a support in the centre for a gun. A white cotton screen is attached to a frame at the front obscuring the hunter. Two holes in the screen, one for the end of the weapon.
