MAG . BR . FR . ET . HIB . REGINA.' Reverse: Britannia, murally crowned, holding an anchor and a rudder, seated at the foot of a palm tree hung with three shields inscribed (left) 'DE GALL ET BAVA AD DONAWERD .', (right) 'DE GALL . ET BAVA ITER . AD HOCHSTAD .' (centre) 'GERMANIA LIBERATA HOSTIB FVGAT.' ([The Victory] over French and Bavarians at Donauworth, again over French and Bavarians at Hoschstadt; Germany delivered, the enemy put to flight.) A distant view of the attack on Gibraltar and a nereid is approaching Britannia and presenting to her a naval crown. Legend: 'DIVES TRIVMPHIS ANGLIA.' (England rich in triumphs.) Exergue: 'FRETO GADITAN . OCCVPAT CLASSE GALL . FVGATA.' (The Straits of Gibraltar occupied, French fleet put to flight.) Inscription (on edge): 'IN OMNI GENTE, QVAE AVDIERIT NOMEN TVVM, MAGNIFICABITVR SVPER TE DEVS ISRAEL.'
