Reverse: The naval action; plan of Sicilian coast (left), inscribed. Legend: 'VICTORIA NAVAL CONTRA LOS ESPAÑOLES.' (The naval victory over the Spaniards.) Inscription: 'MESSINA, SIRACVSA.'
