(Theodore Alexander Golovin, Councillor to the Tsar's Majesty, Boyar, General and Commissary of War, Envoy Plenipotentiary to the Tsar's Majesty, Viceroy of Siberia.) Reverse: A lion rampant with coronet above (sword in right paw), within a laurel wreath. Legend: 'ET . CONSILIO ET . ROBORE.' (With wisdom and strength.)
