TOTIVS . RVSSIAE.' (Peter, the son of Alexis, by the grace of God, Tzar and Grand Duke of all the Russias.) Reverse: Russia draped and murally crowned standing on a quay (right) welcoming Neptune crowned, standing in a car drawn by sea horses; ships in the distance. Legend: 'FACTA . PVTA . QVAECVNQVE .
